Problem
Beyond repair, DWM openings also need final restoration — pavement, parkway grading, and bus-pad reinstatement — to bring the right-of-way back to its pre-construction condition under CDOT specs.

Zenith holds a separate sub-tier term agreement under Sumit Construction for the restoration scope: pavement removal, bus pads, parkway grading, and final concrete restoration across multiple wards. Coordinated MUTCD-compliant traffic control and daily inspector sign-off.

Active program valued at $1.5M, delivering closeout-quality restoration across Chicago wards on a rolling basis.
