Zenith holds a separate sub-tier term agreement under Sumit Construction for the restoration scope: pavement removal, bus pads, parkway grading, and final concrete restoration across multiple wards. Coordinated MUTCD-compliant traffic control and daily inspector sign-off.
Outcome
Active program valued at $1.5M, delivering closeout-quality restoration across Chicago wards on a rolling basis.
